PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce a carbonaceous composite structure from a laminate consisting of a substrate, a carbonaceous membrane and a fullerene membrane by an easy method reduced in the number of processes while enhancing the adhesion between both membranes. SOLUTION: A carbonaceous composite structure having optical characteristics such as charge transfer capacity or the like is produced by laminating a carbonaceous membrane 2 and a fullerene vapor deposition membrane or a fullerene membrane 3 comprising a fullerene polymer membrane on a substrate 1 such as quartz glass or the like. In this structure, the carrier generated in the fullerene membrane 3 or the carrier of the substrate 1 becomes easy to move to the carbonaceous membrane 2 and a charge transfer property is enhanced. Especially, when this carbonaceous composite structure is used in a solar cell, it is pref. that the opposed electrode 4 comprising a metal or the like coming into contact with the carbonaceous membrane 2 is provided on the substrate 1 and a light pervious electrode 5 comprising ITO or the like is provided on the fullerene membrane 3. By this constitution, the charge transfer due to photoinduction is enabled and this carbonaceous composite structure is suitable for a solar cell or a light emitting diode. |
