PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a method to prevent the electric power output from decreasing at the stage of a steam turbine and carry out such a method. SOLUTION: In a steam electric power station, condensed liquid (supply water) is preheated to near the boiling temperature by the calorie of the steam partially flowing from the steam in a turbine. Because of the extraction of steam, only low electric power can be extracted from steam fluid at a stage of the steam turbine. In order to avoid an increase in the output of electric power at the stage of the steam turbine, the steam electric power station utilizes the exhaust heat from a fuel cell 14 using preheated condensed liquid. In order to preheat the supply water from this exhaust heat and increase the calorie of steam caused by expansion, the improvement of the efficiency of heat process is achieved. |
