PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyelectrolyte composite film excellent in strength, electroconductivity and gas impermeability. SOLUTION: A solid polyelectrolyte and a metaloxane polymer into which a sulfonic group can be introduced or which bears an organic group containing a sulfonic group are compounded so that the metaloxane polymer reinforces the solid polyelectrolyte. In this case, the organic groups is desirably one or more functional group selected from the group consisting of aromatic groups such as phenyl, benzyl, phenethyl groups and the like, heterocycles and the like, and derivatives thereof. Further, the content of the metaloxane polymer is desirably 0.5-50 wt.%, further preferably 5-20 wt.%. |
