PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a manufacturing method for a fixed element wherein production efficiency is high and a manufacturing cost is low, quality of a tip is stable, no abrasion is caused at the time of the tip part manufacturing and a noise generation is reduced. SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method for a fixed element wherein heads 2, 3 are formed by crashing in one end part area and, a pointed end is provided by deformation in other end part area, the heads 2, 3 are formed by a crash treatment in both end part areas of a material 1, which as longer than two pieces of the fixed element. Two pieces of the fixed elements are manufactured simply from one element without causing a noise by heating the material 1 at an intermediate portion 4 between the crashed heads 2, 3 and then drawing it in an axial direction until it is separated at the heated intermediate portion 4. |
