PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easier and stronger the installation of a ceiling panel and to improve the appearance of the joint portions. SOLUTION: Linking flanges 26, 35 having raised linking pieces 25, 34 are formed to a lower portion of a main rail 20 and a subrail 30 as a backing rail forming a backing portion of an eaves soffit fixed to a building frame, a linking member 55 having a hook-shaped linking portion 55c connectable with raised linking pieces 25, 34 is installed to each side portion of a rectangular ceiling panel 50, and a plurality of projected and recessed linking portions which are mutually parallel to each other and connectable with the raised linking pieces 25, 34 of the main rail 20 and subrail 30 are formed at a linking portion 100 for positioning installed to neighboring two sides. |
