PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatize an assembling work for attaching belt shape board members onto a board surface while pending the members with previously decided curvature by allowing a machine to have an assembling process for inserting fixed pins to attachment holes on the board surface of a game board and assembling them and a force-fitting process for forcibly fitting the belt shape materials assembled in the assembling process to the game board. SOLUTION: A sliding tool is a jig for aligning the postures of fixed pins for fixing outer rails 5 onto the board surface of the game board. In an inserting station #6, the postures of the fixed pins are aligned by the sliding tool, the fixed pins are inserted to the attachment holes on the board surface of the game board and the outer rails 5 are assembled on the game board. Then the game board is carried to the inserting station #6 by a conveyor 105, stopped by a stopper 106 and positioned on the conveyor 105 by a positioning mechanism. Then a work for inserting the fixed pins is executed by an insertion robot 14. In a force-fitting station, the outer rails 5 and inner rails 6 inserted onto the board surface of the game board are finally fixed. |
