摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent clutch shock generated at the time of engaging of a frictional clutch when a gear shift operation is completed by connecting a lockup clutch at the time of a gear shift operation, and releasing the lockup clutch when an engaging quantity of the frictional clutch exceeds a prescribed quantity, by a control means of the lockup clutch. SOLUTION: This controller is provided with an internal combustion engine 2, a fluid joint 4, a frictional clutch 8, and a manual transmission 10. The fluid joint 4 is provided with a lockup clutch for directly transmitting and connecting a casing and a turbine. By a control means 300, the lockup clutch is connecting controlled in a gear shift operation of a transmission 10, the casing and a turbine are directly connected to each other, and the lockup clutch is released when a clutch engaging quantity of the frictional clutch 8 exceeds a value just before a half-clutch. It is thus possible to surely prevent clutch shock generated in a gear shift operation of a vehicular driving device provided with a fluid joint.
