PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain powerful sterilizing and deodorizing effects for a long time and to prevent the damage of footgear without the direct contact of copper plates to the inside of the footgear by constituting the insoles for the footgear of net-like bodies, the copper plates disposed on the rear surfaces of the net-like bodies and copper plate holding sheets disposed on the rear surfaces of the copper plates. SOLUTION: The insole 1a for the footgear which is formed in approximately the same shape as the shape of the inside of the footgear is formed of the net-like body 2 formed with many holes parts, the copper plate 3 and the copper plate holding sheet 4. The net-like body which consists of a synthetic resin, such as polyethylene, and synthetic rubber, such as chloroprene, and has a thickness of about 0.1 to 1 mm is adequate as the net-like body 2. The copper plate 3 which is formed to a flat planer form consisting of copper, brass, etc., formed one size smaller than the size of the net-like body 2 and has a thickness of about 0.1μm to 1 mm is more adequate as the copper plate 3. The copper plate holding sheet 4 which consists of synthetic resins, such as polyamide and polyester, natural rubber, etc., and has a thickness of about 0.1 to 1 mm is more adequate as the copper plate holding sheet 4. The copper plate 3 is fixed by welding or adhering onto the copper plate holding sheet 4.
