PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a personal dialysis apparatus to execute an analysis with high accuracy while forming a thick liquid from diluting water and an agent for dialyzate preparation. SOLUTION: The personal dialysis apparatus 1 has two chambers 2 and 3, forms a fresh dyalyzate by successively introducing liquid A and liquid B therein by the supply cells of these two chambers and supplies the formed fresh dyalyzate to a dialyzer 7. The upstream side of the two supply cells described above is provided with a dissolving container 33 for forming the liquid B by mixing the agent for dialyzate preparation and the diluting water and the downstream side of this dissolving container 33 is provided with an auxiliary tank 50 for storing the liquid B discharged from the dissolving container 33 so that the liquid crystal B may be continuously formed.
