PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical ultrasonic probe of fixing its oscillator unit to avoid being out of predetermined place. SOLUTION: A tubular vessel is comprised of a cover member 6 and a base member 7. The support plate 16 is placed on the upper face of base member and its both end parts are fixed to the base member. The oscillator unit 11 has an ultrasonic oscillator transducer 12 on the upper face that is fixed on the upper face of support plate. Wide cables 14a, 14b are connected to the end part of ultrasonic oscillator transducer. One end part of connecting cable 4 is connected to another end part of wide cable, and another part is connected to the diagnostic device main body, which is set on the outside, through the opening part of tubular vessel. An exposure window for the surface of ultrasonic oscillator transducer 10 is set on the neighborhood of closed end part of cover member. An isolated resin member is injected and solidified in the condition that the surface of ultrasonic oscillator transducer is exposed from the exposure window.
