PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method of a sintered ore, by which coal having high volatile matter or waste synthetic resin materials, or the like, conventionally impossible to use as solid fuel, can be used in the case of producing the sintered ore, and a producing apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: When the sintered ore is produced by sintering pseudo grain composed of at least powdery ore, flux and solid fuel with a downward sucking type endless shifting sintering machine, plural wind boxes 18 are continuously arranged in the downward sucking type endless shifting sintering machine 200 and hydrocarbon component in exhaust gas in continuous wind boxes 18 containing a burn-rising point(BRP) and a burn-through point(BTP) decided from the waste gas temp. measured value in at least each wind box, is removed with removing devices 21.
