PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such an airtight sealing material for panels which are mounting panels used in a panel-house construction method, as being for mounting at the both edges of a panel and being capable of securing the contact airtightness between a pillar and a panel without damaging the insertability of the panel. SOLUTION: A sealing material 10 of a foamed material in a triangular or halfcircular shape like a wedge, is to be mounted at the edge surface of a wooden or synthetic resin-made panel, which sealing material comprises a flexible, synthetic resin-made sealing parts 1 for filling up in the gap formed into the taper shape on the panel, a surface smoothened film 2 which is to be stuck on across the surface of the sealing parts; and the edge surfaces of the panels, and a parting paper (a release paper) 3 covering that portion of the film which is to stuck at the edge surface of the panel.
