PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oxidizing agent-containing compositions having stable fragrance in long-term storage. SOLUTION: Oxidizing agent-containing compositions comprise (a) a peroxide compound and/or a hypochlorous acid compound, (b) a free radical trapping agent, and (c) at least one member selected from (i) limonene and (ii) an ester represented by formula (I): R1COOR2 (wherein R1 is a hydrogen atom or a 1-7C alkyl group; and R2 is a 1-6C alkyl or an alkenyl group) or a lactone represented by formula (II) (wherein R and R' may be the same or different and are each a hydrogen atom, a 1-9C alkyl group or an alkenyl group; and n is 2 or 3).
