PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for manufacturing a double cup capable of continuously and effectively removing a paper outside cylinder from a male mold in drawing of the cylinder having curved portions at an intermediate part in the step of manufacturing a heat insulation double cup. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a double cup comprises the steps of mounting a paper outside cylinder 20 in a male die 30 of a tapered shape on an overall periphery having a stepped part 34 at an upper part and a straight part 32 at a lower part in a drawing die for forming a curved part at the lower part of the cylinder by pressurizing the male die and a female die in the manufacturing steps of the cup obtained by engaging the cylinder having the curved part at the lower part with the outside of a cylinder part of a paper cup body, forming a curved part 22 by pressurizing or the like by the die 40 from above the cylinder 20, thereafter removing the female die, and simultaneously pushing out an upper edge 24 of the cylinder along an outer periphery of the straight part of the male die by a cylindrical pressing jet 50 to remove the cylinder.
