PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving object device moving along a V-V rolling guide which can remove degradation of precision caused by the kinetic characteristics and the service life. SOLUTION: This device has a fixed body with a V-V rolling guide and a linear motor primary side (coil side) coil 13, a moving object 12 which is fitted in the V-V rolling guide so as to move along the V-V rolling guide and has a linear motor secondary side (magnet side) coil 15, and an opposed linear motor formed with the coils 13, 15.
