PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a punch from receiving influence of inertial force of a rotational driving means to move the punch even when the punch is moved at high speed. SOLUTION: A drilling device 30 is devised to drill a hole on a drilling material such as a sheet, etc., by making a punch 61 and a die 54 engaged with each other. In this case, it is furnished with a rotational driving means 33 and a working means 91 to transmit movement in a direction to cross with the moving direction of the punch 61 by this rotational driving means 33 by converting it to the moving direction of the punch 61.
