摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a nonoriented electric steel sheet having high magnetic flux density and low core loss by making inclusions into the nonductile ones and improving the growability of the crystal grains, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This steel sheet contains, by weight, <=0.01% C, 0.01 to 1% Si, <=1.5% Mn, <=0.15% P, <=0.01% S and <=0.0010% sol.Al, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, and the compsn. of inclusions is composed of MgO: >=10%, MgO/Al2O3: 0.2 to 1.0 and SiO2/Al2O3: 0.43 to 2.3, by which the inclusions are made into the nonductile ones at the time of subjecting the steel sheet to hot rolling, and the growability of the crystal grains at the time of subjecting the steel sheet to stress relieving annealing can be improved. As a result, the nonoriented electric steel sheet low in core loss and high in magnetic flux density can stably be produced.
