发明名称 NEW CONDUCTIVE FINE PARTICLE AND ITS USE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce conductive fine particles capable of holding an inter- electrode distance constant without damaging electrode layers, reduced in contact resistance, and capable of connecting electrodes with certainty even if raggedness is present in a certain measure. SOLUTION: The new conductive fine particle consists of a spherical core particle 1, an elastic coating layer 2 formed on the surface of the spherical core particle, and a conductive thin film layer 3 formed on the surface of the elastic coating layer. An insulating thermoplastic resin layer can further be formed on the surface of the conductive thin film layer. In such conductive fine particles: (1) the average particle size of the spherical core particles is 0.5 to 30 μm; (2) the thickness of the elastic coating layers is 0.1 to 10 μm; (3) the thickness of the conductive thin film layers is 0.01 to 5 μm; (4) the average particle size of the conducting fine particles is 1 to 35 μm; and (5) the 10%K value of the elastic coating layers is lower than that of the spherical core particles and is within the range of (50 to 500) kgf/mm2.
