<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent generation of slant and wrinkles of a sheetlike recording medium carried within an image forming device and to reduce carrier load. SOLUTION: This sheet carrier device has first carrier roller means 10A, 10B provided on a carrier path, second carrier roller means 20A, 20B disposed on downstream sides of these first carrier roller means 10A, 10B and a freely rotatable guide roller 30 disposed between the first and second carrier roller means 10A, 10B and 20A, 20B. When carrier speed by the first carrier roller means 10A, 10B is made as V1 and carrier speed by the second carrier roller means 20A, 20B is made as V2, V2>V1 is formed, roller lengths of at least one carrier roller means of the first and second carrier roller means 10A, 10B and 20A, 20B are made smaller than a sheet width of a recording medium S to be carried, and the guide roller 30 has a roller entire length of the sheet width or more as a single roller, comes into contact with the recording medium S to be carried at a prescribed angle :θover all sheet width areas and is driven and rotated by moving of the recording medium S.</p> |
