It is most preferable that the device 5 is operated periodically under periodical skip operation or cyclic operation. Furthermore experimental control can be carried out by connecting a computer 2 to this equipment. As an application method, a measurement means such as a sensor part 7 that can decide an oxygen-dissolved state in the water can be further connected to the computer 2 to continue sending the information to be decision reference at a real time.</p>
