PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge impurities, which are accumulated in a solution during the component adjustment process for adjusting components of liquid by dissolving metallic substances, to the outside of a system. SOLUTION: The liquid is extracted from a dissolver 105 in the component adjustment process for adjusting the components of the liquid by dissolving fine metallic nickel, the solution is filtered at an original liquid inlet pressure of 4.9×104 to 1.6×105 Pa by using a carbon filter 8 of a system making carbon adsorbed on plastic fibers, is returned to the dissolver and carbon is discharged by pure water to the outside of the system from an impurity discharging path 14.
