PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a head with high efficiency by bonding an adhesive sheet and a protective cover previously to a metal plate, boring or cutting the adhesive sheet and the plate simultaneously by means of YAG laser and then removing the protective sheet and bonding the plates to each other. SOLUTION: A base for lamination and a laminator comprising a protective sheet 3 and an adhesive sheet 16 are employed wherein the protective sheet 3 and the adhesive sheet 16 are bonded temporarily to a metal plate for forming a channel. The adhesive sheet 16 is produced by admixing an epoxy based adhesive with 60 w% of aggregate wherein the adhesive sheet 16 is 5μm thick and the protective sheet 3 is 50μm thick. Subsequently, a metal plate attached with the adhesive sheet 16 is cut and bored by means of YAG laser and the machining face is finished by chemical polishing with the protective sheet 3 being attached thereto. Finally, the protective sheet is stripped and a metal plate is bonded.
