PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently separate and recover ammonium magnesium phosphate particles of good quality by disposing a solid separating apparatus and a hydrocyclone for treating treated water containing solid particles of ammonium magnesium phosphate and flowing out through a treated water outflow pipe. SOLUTION: Waste water is sent to a solid separating apparatus 9, freed of solid matter such as sludge and supplied to an ammonium magnesium phosphate granulation tower 1 through a waste water injection pipe 2. In the tower 1, solid particles of ammonium magnesium phosphate are formed and the majority of the particles are settled and separated. The treated water containing unsettled solid particles of ammonium magnesium phosphate and sludge is stored in a treated water tank 13 through a treated water outflow pipe 8. Solid particles of ammonium magnesium phosphate and sludge accumulated in the treated water tank 13 are supplied by a treated water supplier 14 to a hydrocyclone 17, where the solid particles of ammonium magnesium phosphate and sludge are separated.
