PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yoke improving the fatigue life of welded parts and avoiding a lowering of strength. SOLUTION: In this yoke 1 formed by welding yoke parts 3, 5 to a tube part 2, stating and ending points 8A, 10A of weld parts 8, 10 are positioned at parts corresponding to arms 3A, 5B less in stress concentration compared to root parts of the yoke parts 3, 5. The fatigue life of the weld starting and ending points 8A, 10A can thereby the improved, and a lowering of strength of the root parts of the yoke parts 3, 5 caused by welding can be avoided.
