PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an antistat effect to prohibit adhesion of dust under a low temperature and low humidity condition and attain persistence of an antistat effect under a high temperature and high humidity condition by compounding a mixture obtained from an alkyl amine derivative and a fatty acid in the presence of an antioxidant, and a fatty acid monoglyceride. SOLUTION: An alkyl amine derivative has a structure of the formula, wherein R1 is a 12-22C aliphatic hydrocarbon and (m+n) is 2-10. The alkyl amine derivative is compounded in an amount of 5-60 wt.%, preferably 10-40 wt.%, based on the whole antistat composition. An antioxidant is desirably a phosphorus-containing antioxidant, an organic phosphite compound in particular, and compounded in an amount of 0.1-10 wt.%. As fatty acids employed, there can be mentioned linear saturated fatty acids, branched saturated fatty acids, unsaturated fatty acids and the like, for example, caprylic acid, capric acid, lauric acid and the like, preferably palmitic acid and stearic acid, and the fatty acid is compounded in an amount of 5-60 wt.%.
