PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photo catalyst-containing coated membrane-laminated structure having a sufficiently close adhesion with various ground base materials, especially with an organic base material and further not yielding cracks for a long period of time. SOLUTION: This photo catalyst-containing coated membrane-laminated structure is formed by a ground coated layer formed with a coating material composition containing (A) an organic resin, (B) a tetraalkoxysilane condensed material having a 1-2C alkyl group and a >=3 C alkyl group which is >=5% of the total alkyl groups, and by a top coated layer consisting of a coating material containing (C) a silicone resin, (D) >=1 kind metal alkoxide selected from Ti, Zr, Al or its condensed material, (E) an organic tin compound and (F) a metal oxide having a photo catalytic activity in (1:1-3) molar ratio of (D) to (E).
