PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag made of an excellent non-halogenated laminate film fee from generation of noxious gas during incineration, is excellent in flexibility and hermeticity, is balanced in processability and strength, and is stable in the function to enclose a gas. SOLUTION: In a laminate film comprising at least both outer layers and an intermediate layer, the intermediate layer comprises a block copolymer (A) comprising at least one polymer block of vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon and at least one polymer block of a conjugated diene as a main constituent or one (A') obtained by hydrogenating it, both the outer layers comprise a polyethylene resin (B), and the ratio of the thickness of the intermediate layer to the total thickness of both the outer layers is 0.2 to 50:1.
