PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden decorative panel enabled in the lamination of a moistureproof resin layer to a wooden base material by a simple process and excellent in durability. SOLUTION: A transparent resin layer 2, a pattern layer 3, a moistureproof resin layer 4, a wooden base material 5, a moistureproof resin layer 6 and a transparent resin layer 7 are successively laminated from an outer surface to constitute a wooden decorative panel 1. The transparent resin layer 2, the pattern layer 3 and the moistureproof resin layer 4 on the outer surface side of the wooden base material 5 and the moistureproof resin layer 6 and the transparent resin layer 7 on the inner surface side of the wooden base material 5 are respectively formed on the wooden base material 5 by transfer.
