PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a waveform of desired height in a blade rotation axis direction on a small diametrical rotary blade to be installed on a disc cutter. SOLUTION: A waveform of specified height in a blade rotation axis direction is formed on a blade part by press-molding a ring member in a press-molding process 20 after forming the ring member by blanking a steel made disc to be the blade part in an blanking process. Consequently, as it is possible to form the waveform along overall width of the blade part formed in a ring in the blanking process 19 in the press-molding process 20, it is possible to form the waveform of desired height in the blade rotation axis direction even on a small diametrical rotary blade to be installed on a disc cutter.
