PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently dry a lot of clothes at once by providing such a structure that a plurality of clothes-drying tools such as hangers can be locked on a locking part provided openably and closably from the horizontal state protruded to the outside of a strut to the strut side. SOLUTION: A plurality of support legs 29 are foldably mounted on the lower part of a strut 1 formed of upper and lower strut members 24, 23 slidably integrated together and fixable in protruding length by a screw 25, and a plurality of support parts 43 are mounted on the upper part of the strut 1. Each support part 43 is constituted so as to rotatably support a clothes-support arm 42 from the horizontally opened state protruded to the outside of the strut to the closed state to the strut side. Namely, the clothes support arm 42 is openably and closably supported between a horizontal support position and a folding position by fitting a connecting pin 44 provided on the support part 42 to the longitudinal slit formed on the base end of the arm 42. In the middle of the strut, a locking retainer 5 for retaining the closed support arm 42 is arranged.
