PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working chair which lessens the burden acting on the shoulder, enables users to easily continue the labor making abuse of the shoulder, is suitable for use by a person having a shoulder sick or having an injury, a person having the weak shoulder, etc., and enables the users to easily carry out work at a high place as well. SOLUTION: A chair body section 12 is provided with right and left armrest parts 17, respectively, and armrest boards 28 disposed at the respective right and left armrest parts 17 are horizontally turnably and vertically movably installed. Leg parts 42 are provided with stool height adjusting means 47 and 50 for adjusting the heights of the stool 34, a step board 46 for riding on the stool and a grip part 52 for moving the chair.
