PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tooth brush which imparts proper elasticity to a flocking part where bristle bundles are flocked, is capable of effectively absorbing an excessive brushing pressure even if such pressure acts on the bristles and is friendly to the teeth and the gingiva. SOLUTION: A flocking base 7 flocked with the bristle bundles 6 constituted by bundling a plurality of the bristles is assembled freely movably in inner and outer directions to the flocking surface of a tooth brush head part 1 by putting a freely expandable and shrinkable bag-like elastic body 5 internally fitted with fluid 4 in-between. A proper position of a tooth brush handle part 3 is provided with a pressure regulating mechanism, such as a simple pump 9, for adjusting the pressure of fluid 4 filling the inside of the bag-like elastic body 5.
