PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain high-sensitivity detection of infectious extraneous organisms without affection of a variety of organism-originating contaminants, even in the presence of them, by directly adding an animal body fluid to the reaction solution and amplifying the genes of extraneous organisms. SOLUTION: A specimen of animal body fluid, for example, blood, or specimens originating from blood, for example, plasma, serum or the like, is directly added to a reaction solution constituting a gene amplification reaction system that contains polyamine, sulfated polysaccharide, dithiothreitol or the like to amplify the genes of extraneous organisms, for example, DNA virus, RNA virus, retro virus, bacteria, fungi, protozoa, cells and the like, as the reaction solution for gene amplification is adjusted its pH to >=8.2 at 25 deg.C, >=7.4 at 55 deg.C, and/or >=7.1 at 70 deg.C whereby the exotic organisms that is infectious to the host can be simply, promptly and sensitively detected in the presence of a variety of contaminants originating form organisms and synthesizes the objective nucleic acid.
