PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food-processing device capable of working continuously and surely cooking and sterilizing a food raw material. SOLUTION: This food-processing device 100 is equipped with a pressurizing heat-treating part 102 for sterilizing or cooking a solid food raw material filled in a container in a pressurized and heated state. A preliminary heating part 110 for preliminary heating a retainer 130 filled with the solid food raw material is arranged in the upstream side of the pressurized heat-treating part 100. An introducing rotary valve 112 for transferring the retainer 130 filled with the solid food raw material from the outside of the upstream side of the pressurized heat-treating part 102 into the pressurized heat-treating part 102, is arranged at a container sending-in part 104. A delivering rotary valve 114 for transferring the retainer 130 filled with the solid food raw material from the inside of the pressurizing heat-treating device to the outside in the downstream side, is arranged at the container delivering part 108.
