PURPOSE: A discharge electrode of a plasma display panel is provided to improve the efficiency of discharging without increasing of the beginning voltage in discharging. CONSTITUTION: A discharge electrode of a plasma display panel includes a discharge beginning field(21A), a discharge maintaining field(21B), a hall(H), an ITO electrode(21) and a bus electrode(22). The hall(H) is located between the discharge beginning field(21A) and the discharge maintaining field(21B). The bus electrode(22) is formed on the discharge maintaining field(21B) of the ITO electrode(21). The bus electrode(22) is for compensating for high resistance of a transparent electrode and for preventing being distorted of the pulse signal by lowering resistance. The hall(H) is a form of a rectangle and the partition wall(BR) is aligned between halls(H) arranged by the bus electrode(22) vertically. |
