PURPOSE: A device for controlling transceiving volume in a telephone for a voice recording equipment is provided to keep a voice quality of the telephone voice recording equipment as a voice quality of a telephone body, so as to prevent an SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio) from being lowered according to a transceiving volume difference and a signal line length between a telephone and a recorder. CONSTITUTION: A telephone transceiver interface block processes an inputted transceiving signal line in parallel to connect a telephone handset with a transceiving volume controller. A 1 to 1 line matching block interfaces a device for controlling transceiving volume with a transceiving signal. A receiver gain attenuating control block attenuates a receiver signal on the basis of a receiver volume. A mixer and an output volume control block add the attenuated receiver signal and a transmitter signal, and controls gains of the added outputting signals.
