PURPOSE: A method for annealing austenite stainless cold rolled steel plate is provided, to improve the gloss of the steel plate. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of cold rolling the steel plate comprising 0.1 wt% of C or less, 10-25 wt% of Cr, 5-20 wt% of Ni, 0.1 wt% of N or less, 5.0 wt% of Si or less, 2.0 wt% of Mn or less, 0.5 wt% of Ti or less, 0.6 wt% of Nb or less, 2.0 wt% of Mo or less, 1.0 wt% of Cu or less, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities; annealing the steel plate at the temperature of 1,000-1,250 deg.C under reductive atmosphere; and cooling it to 800 deg.C with the cooling velocity of -30 to -40 deg.C per second.
