PURPOSE: A positive power output unit is provided to output stable power voltage to improve reliability by constituting an overflow outlet between both power voltage terminals as to drain overflow using power pad upon inputting overflow while to maintain a first/second power voltage upon normal operation. CONSTITUTION: A positive power output unit comprises a first pad(10) for outputting a first power voltage(Vdd1) and a second pad(11) for outputting a second power voltage(Vdd2). The first and second pads are connected each other through ground voltage. In a normal operation, the first power voltage and the second power voltage are maintained constantly. Upon inputting overflow, an overflow outlet is interposed between the first power voltage terminal and the second power voltage terminal as to drain overflow using both power pads. The overflow outlet is constituted to be serially connected with some diodes and to be connected with another some diodes parallel to the former diodes.
