PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a stacked ceramic electronic product is provided to reduce a deflection of electric characteristic in a stacked ceramic electronic product by performing a polishing process using a polishing powder. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic stacked material and a polishing powder are inserted into a polishing system. A polishing process for the ceramic stacked material is performed. In the polishing process, inner electrodes(5,6) and an outer electrode(2) exposed on a sectional face of the ceramic stacked material are protected from polishing fragments. The polished ceramic stacked material is separated from the polishing powder. The polishing powder is formed with a porous material. The polishing powder includes oil and fat components. |
