PURPOSE: A device for measuring inner diameter of a small diameter pipe is provided to obtain accurate and variable information about damaged pipes and usable pipes by repair, and to easily manage the materials. CONSTITUTION: A device(10) for measuring inner diameter of a small diameter pipe includes a cylindrical main body(11), a plurality of arms(12) rotatively fixed in the main body and mounted at both parts of the main body by reciprocatively elastically supported by a spring, a plurality of wheels(13) rotatively fixed in the end part of the arms for being closed to the inner peripheral surface of the pipe, and a length measuring sensor(14) incorporated in the main body for measuring the change of the gap between each arm supporting the wheels.
