HEMODIALYSIS POLYSULFONES HOLLOW FIBER MEMBRANE AND PRODUCTION PROCESS THEREOF

PURPOSE: Hemodialysis polysulfones hollow fiber membrane is provided which uses glycols compound as interior solidification liquid and compounds of organic solvent and non-solvent as exterior solidification liquid to enlarge pore of the hollow fiber membrane so that it minimizes resistance of a channel. CONSTITUTION: The hemodialysis polysulfones hollow fiber membrane comprises the steps of: (i) spinning glycols compounds as interior solidification liquid and a spinning dope which consists of polysulfones polymer, vinylpyrrolidone polymer, polyglycol and organic solvent; and (ii) solidifying in solution with including organic solvent as exterior solidification liquid to produce polysulfones hollow fiber membrane which has asymmetric single membrane structure and shows 4-400ml/mmHgm¬2hr in water permeability.
