PURPOSE: A tunnel blasting noise reduction method is provided, which heightens the soundproof effects by enhancing the soundproof construction of a tunnel lining plate and reduces the blasting noise effectively. CONSTITUTION: The soundproof construction of a tunnel lining plate according to a tunnel blasting noise reduction method comprises a tunnel lining plate (120) installed on a pithead of a vertical opening (100), a waste tire compression member (130) arranged on the top of a tunnel lining plate (120) with a thickness of 2 centimeters, a concrete layer (140) of 10 centimeters in thickness and a beam for supporting a tunnel lining plate (120). The blasting noise is absorbed, reflected and intercepted by a primary soundproof construction (150) and the blasting noise penetrated and propagated through a primary soundproof construction (150) is absorbed, reflected and intercepted secondarily by a secondary soundproof construction (160) and the soundproof construction of a tunnel lining plate and finally the transmitted degree of the blasting noise to the outside of a vertical opening (100).
