PURPOSE: A high-responsiveness flow rate control valve is provided to reduce the volume and weight of a valve by reducing the size of a sleeve, to reduce a chamber flow rate by reducing the size of a spool and excluding a packing, and to improve the responsiveness characteristic of a valve. CONSTITUTION: A sleeve(2a) and a land portion are formed in the width the same as the sleeve/land width of a valve body(1a) by excluding a packing recess. The difference between the diameter of the valve body and the diameter of the sleeve is 0.0012-0.005mm. An allowable leakage flow rate is minimized less than 2CC/min. The sleeve and the valve body are formed by pair matching. By excluding a packing, the volume and weight are reduced naturally. Since the entire length of the sleeve is reduced, the frictional force and inertia are reduced. Therefore, responsiveness characteristic is improved.
