PURPOSE: A heating and cooling heat source is provided to reduce fuel and power loss and maximize heat efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A heat loading tank is connected with a heat pump having an evaporator and a compressor. A waste water storage tank(6) and a heat pump(1) of a tube type are connected. A fluid circulates through a circulation pipe line(4). And 3 way-mixing valve(5) and a cool water circulation pump(12) are installed in one side of the circulation pipe line(4). In a heat exchanger(3) having tubes in the waste water storage tank(6), the temperature of the circulation fluid introduced to the evaporator(2a) of the heat exchanger(3) is set at 12 deg.C. As the fluid introduced to the evaporator cools down, the evaporated gas increases the temperature of the water in the compressor(2b). |
