PURPOSE: A transmitting device for reducing current consumption in a mobile communication system is provided to amplify signal power in an automatic gain amplifier and directly connect the signal power to a duplexer when outputting low power, and to reduce a dynamic range of the automatic gain amplifier, thereby imprvoing a signal-to-noise rate(SNR) by removing signal attenuation in the automatic gain amplifier. CONSTITUTION: An automatic gain amplifier(213) regulates gains for transmitting signals, and outputs the transmitting signals. A wireless frequency circuit converts output signals of the automatic gain amplifier(213) into radio frequency signals. An amplifying circuit amplifies output signals of the wireless frequency circuit, and outputs the amplified signals. A duplexer separates transmitting signals and receiving signals. A normal pass connects the automatic gain amplifier(213), wireless frequency circuit, amplifying circuit and duplexer. A saving pass connects the automatic gain amplifier(213), wireless frequency circuit and duplexer. In a normal mode, the transmitting signals are transmitted through the normal pass. In a saving mode outputting low power, the transmitting signals are transmitted through the saving pass. |
