PURPOSE: A power supply device for a CCTV system in a water supply/sewage pipe is provided so that heat loss can be minimized in a converter operation, and residual power from an inverter can be adjusted to reduce energy consumption. CONSTITUTION: The inverter for images and an inverter for a controller are respectively employed to minimize an interference therebetween. Accordingly, a volume of the device and power consumption is decreased. The inverter for images is fabricated according to a general inverter fabrication process to easily use general image-processing products. Therefore, the inverter for images converts DC12V into AC220V, supplies stable power to a camera video monitor which is one of the image-processing products, and thus minimizes noise due to unstable power. In the motor driving and the lighting operation, limit values of the driving and operation are set up as a boosting voltage of the inverter, by combining the inverter and the controller. Accordingly, a voltage variation width is minimized in the operation. Here, the controller checks the voltage value and the feedback current, and stops the operation in overload and short states.
