PURPOSE: A display panel and a method for manufacturing thereof is provided to intercept a constant electric charge and an electromagnetic wave of a conductive film by improving the conductibility of the constant electric charge and the electromagnetic wave generating on the surface of the panel. CONSTITUTION: A display panel and a method for manufacturing thereof includes a funnel(2), a panel(20), a conductive film(22), an antireflective film(24), a shrinkage band(26), a conductive tape(28) and a conductive wire(30). The funnel(2) is installed beside the panel(20) and the conductive film(22) is formed on the surface of the panel(20) and the antireflective film(24) is coated by ejecting the antireflective colloidal solution only on the upper part of the conductive film(22) except the masked parts. The corner of the panel(20) is encircled by the shrinkage band(26). After the conductive film(22) and the shrinkage band(26) are connected by the conductive tape(28), the conductive wire(30) is connected to the shrinkage band(26).
