PURPOSE: An outlet valve assembly of linear compressor is provided to minimize re-expansion loss due to over-compression by making compressed gas smoothly discharged. CONSTITUTION: An outlet valve assembly comprises a valve body(110); and multiple exhaust grooves(120). The valve body(110) divides a compressive chamber(S1) and a discharge chamber(S2) is pushed by difference of pressure between the compressive chamber and the discharge chamber to reciprocate inside a head cover(14) covering a front end of a cylinder(12). The exhaust grooves are formed on the periphery of the valve body to open as the valve body is detached from the cylinder when compressed gas is discharged so that compressed gas flows into the discharge chamber through the exhaust grooves.
