PURPOSE: A wire for inserting or drawing a drain casing in a paper drain device is provided to bury 50cm of paper without changing the structure and the weight of the paper drain device. CONSTITUTION: A paper drain device comprises a drain lower device, a supporting frame, a casing rail, a drain casing, a casing supporter, a wire(1) and a hydraulic cylinder. To inserting or drawing the drain casing, the wire is wound on a top sheave(20), fixed to a fixing terminal(10). Then, the wire is wound on a third shaft(31) and a sheave(33a) of a moving sheave box(30) and wound on a sheave shaft(41) and a sheave(41a) of an upper fixing sheave box(40).
