PURPOSE: A food storage case by using germanium is provided to store food in a fresh state by purifying air inside the storage case and to create good sanitation by preventing a stink. CONSTITUTION: The food storage case includes a cooling circulating device(10) in the back side of the food storage case like a show case(1). A casing(3) is placed in the lower part of the storage case and is extended from an end to the other end of the storage case. The casing(3) is a long pipe shape having a predetermined cut end. The casing(3) has an air inflow pipe on an end and a plurality of blowing holes in the front side at every regular interval. An end of a pipe(12) is connected to a blowing pipe of the cooling circulating device(10) and the other end is connected to the air inflow pipe(1) of the casing(3). A plurality of germanium layers and gaps between the layers are formed inside the casing(3). Germanium ore is heated at 1,250deg.C to remove poison and crushed to improve effects.
